Counselling Services:

Standard Rate (new clients with insurance coverage):

60-minute Zoom session: $125

90-minute Zoom session: $180

Discounted Rate (new clients without insurance coverage):

60-minute Zoom session: $100

90-minute Zoom session: $140

• I offer an initial phone call, free of charge, so that you can get a sense of whether working together would be a good fit.

• Please inquire about sliding scale rates if you are in financial need.

• I am a registered provider with Sunlife / Lumina Health. You may also be eligible for reimbursement if you have insurance coverage with Green Shield Canada, Equitable Life of Canada, Manulife, or Pacific Blue Cross. Ask your provider if they cover counselling sessions with ACCT Registered Therapeutic Counsellors (RTCs).
